1、 Spindle and spindle box: The rotational accuracy of the CNC lathe spindle has a significant impact on the accuracy of machining parts, and its power, rotational speed, etc. also have a certain impact on machining efficiency. If the spindle box has automatic speed regulation function, the transmission structure of the spindle box has been simplified. For the modified version with dual functions of manual operation and automatic control processing, the original spindle box is basically still being retained.

2、 Guide rail: The guide rail of a CNC lathe provides assurance for feed motion. To a large extent, it will have a certain impact on the stiffness, accuracy, and smoothness of the lathe during low-speed feed, which is also one of the important factors affecting the quality of part machining. In addition to partially using traditional sliding guides, CNC lathes that have been standardized in production have already adopted plastic coated guides.

3、 Mechanical transmission mechanism: In addition to some gear transmission mechanisms inside the spindle box, CNC lathes have made some simplifications on the basis of the original ordinary lathe transmission chain. The hanging wheel box, feed box, slide box and most of their transmission mechanisms have been cancelled, and only the longitudinal and transverse feed screw transmission mechanisms have been retained. A gear pair has been added between the drive motor and the screw (which is not added to a few lathes) to eliminate its backlash.
